Specialized Trip to Poland – A Visit to a Port Cargo Terminal

The main objective of the trip is to visit the Port of Gdańsk with a guide. The trip is partially sponsored by the Faculty of International Relations.
Accommodation: Two nights in Gdansk standard 2–4 bed rooms with breakfast included.
Meals: One dinner will be provided for participants.
Participant Costs: Participants will be responsible for covering their transportation and other personal expenses, including travel tickets (approximately 65 EUR), most meals (approx. 30 EUR) and local transport tickets (approx. 10 EUR).
Eligibility: Only 14 places are available.
Priority will be given to Bachelor's students and 1st-year Master's students from the Faculty of International Relations.
Required Documents:
1) A cover letter (a max. of 500 words) detailing a brief description of the applicant’s personality and why the visit to the cargo port is valuable for the applicant's studies and future career.
2) A writing statement confirming that the applicant is insured within the European Union (EHIC card is sufficient) or will arrange a travel insurance for the indicated period.
