One-to-one feedback sessions on C1 Advanced writing Timothy Burdick

During Innovation Week, students preparing for the Cambridge Advanced (CAE) exam will have the opportunity to sign up for a 15–20-minute one-to-one consultation focused on their writing. In these individual sessions, students will share a sample of their own CAE writing along with the original exam prompt. Together with the teacher, they will discuss the key strengths of their text as well as areas for improvement, including task achievement, organisation, language use, and register. The aim of the activity is to provide personalised, targeted feedback that helps students better understand the assessment criteria and develop their writing skills for the exam.
