From Predictive to Agile: A Hands-On Introduction to Agile Project Management An Interactive Workshop for Students of the 4IT524 – ICT Project Management Course

Traditional project management works well when requirements are clear and predictable. But what happens when priorities change or when you discover that the assumptions you developed your plan upon no longer hold? When the priorities change rapidly and the uncertainty is high, the situation may call for adaptation rather than the detailed upfront planning. In this interactive workshop, you will learn about the principles behind Agile project management and discover when an Agile approach may be more effective than a predictive one. Through practical exercises and hands-on activities, you will experience Agile ways of working, discover the fundamentals of Scrum and Kanban, and learn how to choose the right approach for different project environments.

Participation in this workshop is restricted to students enrolled in the 4IT524 – ICT Project Management course.
