A short lecture held in English devoted to the life and work of the Prague writer Franz Kafka, one of the most influential figures of modern literature.

The lecture is intended especially for international students who have come to the Czech Republic on exchange programmes, offering an introduction to Kafka’s life and the literary world connected with Prague. At the same time, it will be of interest to anyone interested in literature and the cultural history of the city.
