The meetup is relevant to the audience interested in the role of ontologies in today's information systems, including artificial-intelligence-based ones. The program will feature an in-person keynote by a lead international expert, Prof. Nicola Guarino (CNR, Italy) on ontology-based automated explanation, and a number of short presentations by junior researchers (typically, PhD students) from both the VSE DSXAI team (https://kizi.vse.cz/dsxai/) and other teams working on ontology engineering topics; some of these will be onsite and other online.
